Confirmation came through straight away, then another email when it was sent. Tracking worked and the parcel arrived when they said it would. Nice and straightforward

Had a look around before buying and this was a fair bit cheaper. Arrived as expected too, so happy with that.

I emailed before ordering because I couldn’t work out which option I needed. Got a proper reply explaining the difference, rather than just a link back to the page I’d already read. Might seem a small thing but it helped me decide. Placed the order that evening and I’m happy with what arrived.

Entirely my mistake, I picked the wrong option and only noticed when the confirmation came through. Sent an email and they managed to change it before dispatch. Very relieved I didn’t have to deal with returning it afterwards!

Bought it in the sale. Happy with what I paid and it’s what I was after, which is the main thing.

Hadn’t heard of Havenholt before and wasn’t sure about ordering from somewhere new. Only bought one thing to start with. There was a short wait for dispatch, but they kept me updated and everything arrived as described. Happy with the purchase and I’d be comfortable ordering again.

There was a mix-up with my order so I had to get in touch. Sent a photo over and they explained what would happen next. Didn’t have to keep repeating myself to different people, which I really appreciated. All sorted now

They didn’t have the one I wanted when I went into the shop, but suggested checking online. Managed to order it on the website later that day. Would have preferred to take it home there and then, but this worked out fine.
