Keep Every Move Secure With This Magnetic Chess Set

Pieces slide across the board and your game constantly falls apart mid-match. You're so frustrated you can't focus, and the whole game feels ruined. With this magnetic chess set, you get to play on trains, teach kids, or finish matches without chasing pieces everywhere.

Strong magnets under each piece hold them firmly to the board surface. Set up the board, place pieces in starting positions, and enjoy uninterrupted play. Board folds flat for travel and measures thirty by thirty centimeters when open.

Pieces are molded from durable plastic with embedded magnets for steady placement. Game board is thirty by thirty centimeters and fits into small backpacks easily. Set weighs about one kilogram, making it sturdy yet portable for travel or home play.

The black and white finish gives a classic look that suits living rooms and travel. Easy learning layout helps beginners pick up rules quickly for friendly matches. Comes with twenty magnetic pieces plus one board for two players.

  • STRONG MAGNET HOLD: Embedded magnets keep pieces steady on smooth board surfaces, avoiding accidental knocks during play.

  • TRAVEL SIZED BOARD: Thirty by thirty centimeter folding board fits backpacks and travel bags for chess anywhere.

  • DURABLE PLASTIC PIECES: Twenty molded plastic pieces resist chips and wear, keeping shape and detail over time.

  • ONE KILOGRAM WEIGHT: Weighs about one kilogram for stable gameplay without being too heavy to carry.

  • CLASSIC MONOCHROME LOOK: Black and white finish offers a timeless aesthetic that fits home or travel settings.

  • BEGINNER FRIENDLY LAYOUT: Clear squares and traditional piece shapes help learners understand positioning and move rules quickly.

  • TWO PLAYER SETUP: Designed for two players with a full game setup included for immediate play sessions.

Confirmation came through straight away, then another email when it was sent. Tracking worked and the parcel arrived when they said it would. Nice and straightforward

Benjamin Foster

Nothing missing and no surprises when I opened the parcel. What turned up matched what I’d seen on the website

Hannah Lewis

Had a look around before buying and this was a fair bit cheaper. Arrived as expected too, so happy with that.

Sophie Bennett

I emailed before ordering because I couldn’t work out which option I needed. Got a proper reply explaining the difference, rather than just a link back to the page I’d already read. Might seem a small thing but it helped me decide. Placed the order that evening and I’m happy with what arrived.

Harry Collins

My first order was only a small one a few months back. That went well, so I checked here when I needed something else. Different sort of purchase this time but everything was just as straightforward. Saved me another evening of looking around!

Daniel Thompson

Ordered Sunday evening and it was here Tuesday morning. Wasn’t expecting that, especially ordering over the weekend

Charlotte Brooks

All arrived, all good 😊

Amelia Scott

Entirely my mistake, I picked the wrong option and only noticed when the confirmation came through. Sent an email and they managed to change it before dispatch. Very relieved I didn’t have to deal with returning it afterwards!

George Wilson

Bought it in the sale. Happy with what I paid and it’s what I was after, which is the main thing.

Grace Mitchell

Hadn’t heard of Havenholt before and wasn’t sure about ordering from somewhere new. Only bought one thing to start with. There was a short wait for dispatch, but they kept me updated and everything arrived as described. Happy with the purchase and I’d be comfortable ordering again.

Emily Carter

There was a mix-up with my order so I had to get in touch. Sent a photo over and they explained what would happen next. Didn’t have to keep repeating myself to different people, which I really appreciated. All sorted now

Samuel Reed

They didn’t have the one I wanted when I went into the shop, but suggested checking online. Managed to order it on the website later that day. Would have preferred to take it home there and then, but this worked out fine.
