Keep Bugs Out While Fresh Air Flows In With This Expandable Window Screen

You open the window to cool down the room and mosquitoes fly straight in. Swatting them around at night wakes everyone up, and closing the window makes the air feel stuffy again. This screen blocks flying and crawling insects from entering while air moves freely through the mesh into your space.

The aluminum frame slides outward until both ends reach the edges of your window opening. Push the sides apart and felt stripping along each edge presses against the window frame, holding the mesh in place. Pull the screen out anytime you need to close the window completely or wipe down the glass.

The fiberglass mesh handles direct sun exposure and heat without sagging or warping over time. The white coating on the aluminum frame matches most window trim colours. The felt stripping runs along all four edges and forms a seal when you expand the frame across the opening.

The mesh weave blocks mosquitoes, flies, and gnats from passing through the openings. The frame stays in position once fitted across the window. You can install it without drilling holes, cutting material, or mounting permanent hardware on your window frame.

  • EXPANDABLE ALUMINUM FRAME: Slides horizontally across window openings and locks into place without drilling, screws, or permanent mounting brackets.

  • FIBERGLASS MESH WEAVE: Blocks mosquitoes, flies, gnats, and crawling insects while allowing airflow through open windows during warm weather.

  • FELT EDGE STRIPPING: Runs along all four frame edges to form a seal that helps keep small insects from entering through gaps.

  • HEAT RESISTANT MESH: Fiberglass mesh withstands prolonged sun exposure and high temperatures without sagging or losing shape over time.

  • WHITE FRAME FINISH: Aluminum frame has a white coating that matches standard window trim colours in most homes.

  • TOOL FREE INSTALLATION: Slides into place across the window frame without tools, cutting, or permanent hardware leaving no marks.

  • REMOVABLE FRAME: Pulls out when you need to close the window fully or clean the glass without leaving holes or marks.

Confirmation came through straight away, then another email when it was sent. Tracking worked and the parcel arrived when they said it would. Nice and straightforward

Benjamin Foster

Nothing missing and no surprises when I opened the parcel. What turned up matched what I’d seen on the website

Hannah Lewis

Had a look around before buying and this was a fair bit cheaper. Arrived as expected too, so happy with that.

Sophie Bennett

I emailed before ordering because I couldn’t work out which option I needed. Got a proper reply explaining the difference, rather than just a link back to the page I’d already read. Might seem a small thing but it helped me decide. Placed the order that evening and I’m happy with what arrived.

Harry Collins

My first order was only a small one a few months back. That went well, so I checked here when I needed something else. Different sort of purchase this time but everything was just as straightforward. Saved me another evening of looking around!

Daniel Thompson

Ordered Sunday evening and it was here Tuesday morning. Wasn’t expecting that, especially ordering over the weekend

Charlotte Brooks

All arrived, all good 😊

Amelia Scott

Entirely my mistake, I picked the wrong option and only noticed when the confirmation came through. Sent an email and they managed to change it before dispatch. Very relieved I didn’t have to deal with returning it afterwards!

George Wilson

Bought it in the sale. Happy with what I paid and it’s what I was after, which is the main thing.

Grace Mitchell

Hadn’t heard of Havenholt before and wasn’t sure about ordering from somewhere new. Only bought one thing to start with. There was a short wait for dispatch, but they kept me updated and everything arrived as described. Happy with the purchase and I’d be comfortable ordering again.

Emily Carter

There was a mix-up with my order so I had to get in touch. Sent a photo over and they explained what would happen next. Didn’t have to keep repeating myself to different people, which I really appreciated. All sorted now

Samuel Reed

They didn’t have the one I wanted when I went into the shop, but suggested checking online. Managed to order it on the website later that day. Would have preferred to take it home there and then, but this worked out fine.
